A few days ago we went with our smallest and also oldest dog, Glicka, to the vet for a checkup (she had been vomitting more than usually) and the blood check revealed that there were some problems with her liver. We were sent to a special clinic (a 2 hour drive away!) to have all her inner organs checked with ultrasound, but luckily all of them turned out to be okay, including the liver, except for a few minor age-related issues! So – no cancer – great news!
She got medication prescribed for the liver as well as special food for senior dogs with digestive issues. Now she is already doing much better and running around the house happily as if she was a teenager 🙂
Also, she enjoys being carried around in her new carrier..
